Top five uses for aluminium vision panels

example of Vision Panels in building
vision panels have many uses from external industrial doors to internal doors and screens.

Aluminium Vision panels have many uses in commercial buildings.  There are all kinds of applications where a suitable vision panel can not only bring convenience but also safety and security.

So what types of product or buildings could benefit from aluminium vision panels?

Industrial Doors

For doors such as up and over roller doors, industrial garage doors and other types of heavy usage doors, vision panels provide a solution for seeing who is at the building without having to open these very large doors that are often controlled automatically or on some mechanised form.  Vision panels placed in these doors offer light and transparency whilst continuing to offer security.

Office Partitions

Many office partitioning systems are designed with aluminium panels to provide privacy.  Certain rooms in commercial buildings need controlled, quiet or private environments but the building user still needs to provide a method of light and for passers by to see that the room is in use.  Vision panels are ideal for this situated either in the doors or the partition screening itself.

Vision Panels as feature windows

It is perfectly possible to construct round, shaped or simple square vision panels in walls, doors, screens and dividing walls.  These help to break up the continuous blank spaces and provide light at a fraction of the cost of a new window.

Restaurant doors

Many restaurants use vision panels in their internal doors.  This is often the preferred way of adding light to bathroom doors, doors to kitchens, store rooms and much more.  Particularly for kitchen doors it enables the kitchen to remain private without the barrier effect of a solid panelled door.

Laboratories and clean rooms

In certain clinical and clean environments you will find highly secure rooms often partitioned off with screening, aluminium paneling or other wall systems.  In any of these environments vision panels help keep the clean environment letting light in if opening windows are not possible.
